Our Jack & the Beanstalk company is cast – and we can't wait to get started!
Following two fantastic days of Ensemble and Principal auditions, we've brought together the company who'll be taking to the King's Hall stage for our 2027 pantomime.
A huge thank you to everyone who auditioned. We were genuinely impressed by the talent, energy and enthusiasm we saw across every group, and the standard made casting extraordinarily difficult. We're incredibly grateful to everyone who put themselves forward and gave it their all.
Now the real adventure begins! Rehearsals will soon be underway as our cast and Creative Team start bringing the characters, comedy, music, dancing and panto magic of Jack & the Beanstalk to life.
We'll be introducing our cast and sharing plenty of behind-the-scenes updates over the coming months, so keep an eye on the website and follow Upstagers on social media.
Jack & the Beanstalk takes to the King's Hall stage from 22–30 January 2027, with ten performances – and tickets are already on sale!
Upstagers has a proud tradition of pantomime at the King's Hall, with our 2026 production of Snow White named Best Pantomime at the Wharfedale Festival of Theatre Awards – our eighth consecutive win.
We're looking forward to bringing all the spectacle, comedy and panto magic back to the King's Hall for Jack & the Beanstalk in January 2027.
