Upstagers have partnered with TicketSource to bring you online booking. You can choose your exact seats at any time, day or night, up to six hours before showtime.
If you book online and pay by debit or credit card, you have two ticket delivery options available:
Electronic Ticket - you print your own e-tickets at home, at no additional cost.
Standard Post Ticket - available as an option up to four days before the performance, tickets are dispatched to you directly from TicketSource via Royal Mail for an additional £1.50 per booking.
For credit or debit card transactions, the online box office accepts payment by VISA credit and debit, MasterCard credit and debit, Maestro, American Express and JCB cards.
If you wish to book by telephone you can call TicketSource on 0333 666 33 66, this telephone box office service is available Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 7.00pm (excluding bank holidays) and Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm. This is a standard rate number.
Please note that the TicketSource telephone box office service is a booking facility only, and has access to the same information as customers booking online. The TicketSource staff will not be able to deal with refunds, exchanges or general information about the event or the venue. The TicketSource telephone box office will become unavailable at the same time online booking finishes (six hours before the start of the performance).
If you don't have a credit card, or have special requirements, (such as wheelchair bookings), you can still reserve tickets for the show as before by calling Mrs. Ticket on 01943 607944, but please only call at sociable hours! Please note that we cannot take credit or debit card bookings by this method, or handle changes/cancellations for tickets booked online.
